Marketing Manager - Full Time / Permanent

£30,000 - 40,000 basic salary + benefits.

The Opportunity

To guide the next stages of our journey towards becoming the world's leading provider of sustainable decorative wall coverings, we are searching for a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to shape our marketing strategy and develop our marketing department.

As well as managing our brand strategy and communications, the Marketing Manager will also work cross department guiding the areas of product development and customer experience, drawing from data and insights in order to deliver a seamless consumer journey from awareness to advocacy.

Core Hours:

Monday - Friday 08:30 to 17:00 (1 Hour Lunch Break)

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Directors, to set and shape the company marketing strategy

  • Hiring and managing junior marketing staff

  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors

  • Planning, executing and overseeing marketing campaigns

  • Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to Directors

  • Writing and delivering content and social media plans

  • Managing the brands digital presence, including all Socials, PPC, and SEO

  • Management of all email campaigns

  • Management and maintenance of the website

  • Controlling the budget of the marketing department and making sure spend is delivering a return on investment

  • Delegation to 3rd party specialists in line with budget and ROI expectations

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years marketing experience (Ideally in a product led business / ecommerce)

  • Marketing/Business degree

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills

  • Interest or experience working in interior design / home decor

  • Proactive with strong management and organisational skills

  • Experience/Knowledge of Digital advertising platforms (PPC) inc Facebook and Google Ads

Preferable Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of ecom web platforms including Shopify

  • Creative Design experience with knowledge of Adobe CC

  • Experience in a customer service or sales support role
