Production Lead Times
Due to unprecedented demand we are currently producing to a 7-10 working day lead time on all Plank and 3D products and 10-12 working days on SlatWall.
The demand for NatureWall products has increased exponentially in recent months and as all products are made to order here in the UK from our Hull factory, we are doing everything possible to meet this surge in demand by increasing our raw material stock levels and working closely with our suppliers and couriers.
However naturally due to social distancing guidelines and the implications of providing a COVID secure workplace, we have limitations on the number of craftsmen working in our factory at any one time and this means we have had to extend our production lead times accordingly.
We will of course do our best to ship your order faster than the above lead times, we will keep you updated following your order being placed and are here to answer any questions you may have.

If you’re in the UK, delivery will take 24-48 hours from date of dispatch via Parcelforce Express.
If you’re in Europe, your NatureWall will be with you in 3-5 working days via Parcelforce Worldwide.
Samples are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hours.
We’ll send you a tracking number by email or SMS so you can keep tabs on your order. We only use fully insured couriers we trust, like Parcelforce Worldwide.
We want to assure all customers that during these unprecedented times, we are taking all appropriate precautions in line with the guidance of the government and Public Health England.
Our factory and warehouse remain at the highest levels of cleanliness and we are working proactively with our couriers Parcelforce, who can confirm that Public Health England (PHE) have advised them that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19) as the virus does not live for long enough on parcels or letters to be transmitted. Returns are accepted for exchange or refund within 28 days of the date of delivery. All packages must be unopened and still in the nylon strapping. Refunds or order cancellations are processed within 3-5 business days and payments can only be refunded to the original payment method. All cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has been produced and shipped you can still return your order to us for a full refund. Cancellation refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
