Terms & Conditions

NatureWall is a trading name of Naturewall Group Ltd. This website is run and operated by Naturewall Group Ltd. A company registered in England under company number 11151482. The terms and conditions herein are accepted upon receipt by the customer. When we refer to Naturewall or NatureWall we are referring to the owner/operator of the website and the limited company Naturewall Group Ltd of 28 Bergen Way, Hull, HU7 0YQ, United Kingdom.

Product finish

Each item is unique as the pattern of wood grain is naturally different, so no two pieces are alike. The finished product may differ to the item displayed on the NatureWall website and although they will be of a similar nature, some variation in appearance may be expected. The images we use are of the best representation of the finished product but there may be some variation in colour tone and texture depending upon the age or source of the materials that we use. The timbers tone and shading can also look different under different lighting. If you have any concerns regarding colour representation, tone or texture we recommend ordering a sample pack to test and confirm prior to ordering a main pack. Once you receive your order it is imperative you check the colour mix before you install the boards as we cannot refund boards that have been installed.

NatureWeld Guarantee

The NatureWeld 10 Year Guarantee applies solely to the Peel and Stick version of the NatureWall product and relates to all main pack orders placed for this product from the 1st of December 2019. Any orders placed prior to this date are not protected by the guarantee due to being from a different product specification. For an order to be protected by the guarantee and for it to be enforceable the product must be fitted with a NatureWeld J Roller which can only be purchased via our website The J Roller must be ordered either with your NatureWall main packs or within 48 hours of your main pack order. The use of any other rollers or the use of no roller will invalidate your guarantee. In addition the full terms of fitting must be adhered to in order for the guarantee to remain valid. These guidelines can be found at

If you believe your delivered product has failed to meet the stated service performance levels outlined on our website after following the fitting guide then please contact our customer service team via email at with your order number in the subject field. Please explain clearly any defects or problems you have experienced with your order. A member of our customer care team will then request for you to either send photographs of the product and/or wall and in some occassions they may request you to return either some or all of your order at our discretion. If our technical team determine the product was not fitted correctly your guarantee will be invalidated and any product will be returned to you. If we determine the product was fitted correctly as instructed in our fitting guide then we will replace the defect/damaged products with a new like for like replacement, this may be a partial or full order replacement at our discretion. In cases where a like for like product including wood species, colour or size is not available we will recommend and supply a reasonable alternative replacement. Replacements will be delivered typically within 7 days of confirmation via email however this may reasonably fluctuate in line with lead times.

Important: The NatureWeld Guarantee is a performance based guarantee. Order return requests due to other reasons including but not limited to change of mind, wrong product ordered, excessive quantities ordered, product didn't match expectations and late delivery will not be covered under this guarantee and will remain a part of your standard statutory rights in line with our 28 day return policy.
